Some ask . .  is looking up escapism?
not if one trusts God's admonition
to think on Heavenly things.
assured of our HOPE and granted peace,
HE gives rest, even now, near quiet streams

Remember how David sought Holy refuge
singing psalms to God, as the spirit moved.

Oh, what Grace!!   Saints made partakers
of Christ's Divine nature
no more lost seekers
we trust in Him as believers
God leading us in the Spirit of Life
Christ's abiding calms earthly strife

king David knew the joy of God
while praying to the Lord,  he sought,
in worship and gave, praise to the Father
trusting God, even when he faltered

Yes!! there's a place
of peace for the saved
in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior
. .  soon he will snatch us in the air
forever with HIM . .   oh, how HE cares!!

Heaven's joy . . you bet we think on these things
it's where our God is exalted and ever reigns.
it's where the Cherubim angels bow to our King,
their wings illuminating God's Light each brings.

Soon we shall see these blessed ones
shouting Holy, Holy, Holy,
and hear all the angels sing
to our God richly known,
no more a mystery among His own.

Soon,  Jesus shall retrieve
His church HOME;
and we fully believe
soon,  we'll arrive near the Throne!!
