"The rapture is (STILL)  pre-trib!"

The rapture IS (STILL) pre-trib!!  :)   [nothing has changed…]

REMINDERS:

** Being “cast into the great tribulation” is a PUNISHMENT for those who will NOT REPENT.   [Immediately see:  Rev 21:21-22]   It is not something for the spotless BRIDE of Christ [Eph5:27]  to have to endure, … getting beat up by her Fiancé’s WRATH right before the wedding!

For God did not appoint us to wrath…!   1 Thess 5:9

** Rev. 3:16 ~ when the Lord “vomits” someone out of His mouth for being lukewarm, this is not exactly an invitation call to the rapture!  ~ but rather, these folks are left behind to endure the tribulation that shall come upon all the earth.

** Luke 12:35-48  If the servant says in his heart (notice he does not even say OUT LOUD) but merely think it in his/her heart that the Master DELAYS His coming ~ and then begins to act like the world acts, blending in with them, then they will be appointed their portion WITH THE UNBELIEVERS.   [which, again, is CERTAINLY NOT the rapture!!]   Unbelievers do not go to heaven in the rapture.

And lastly, there would be NO NEED for the “strong delusion” that God promises to send upon the world IF the rapture was post-trib!    [2 Thess 2:10-12]    If the rapture was post-trib, then the REMNANT (and I DO mean “remnant” of Christians still living by the end of the entire worst time on earth, the tribulation) would go up in the rapture – to meet Jesus in the air, only to have to do a 180 degree turn around & immediately come RIGHT BACK DOWN TO EARTH with Him – as He steps His foot on the Mount of Olives!!  [think about it!  What would be the point of going up in the first place!?]

No delusion on the world would be needed then – as we’d go up & instantly come right back down!

Plus, we’d never get to even see our heavenly mansions that He has gone on ahead to prepare for us!   John 14: 2 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.

Now CATCH THAT:   He will RECEIVE us UNTO Himself!!    He “receives us unto” Himself at the “gathering”  [a.k.a. “rapture” of the Church]!

Christians who are abiding in the Vine will not go through the tribulation (any part of it!) but will be raptured out BEFORE.  Rev. 3:10 reiterates this:  “Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth."

Ok, so don't Christians "dwell" on the earth?  This word "dwell" means to settle, pervade, always be present.

This, in contrast to the position of the Christian, who is a sojourner (1 Pet 2:11), our citizenship is in heaven (Phil 3:20), we are ambassadors for Christ (2 Cor 5:20), Who is from heaven--not this world (John 17:16, 8:23, 18:36).

This time of "testing" is for the world and ITS people. The Tribulation is a time of God's Wrath (Rev 6:16, 14:19, 16:1, 19:15) which He is pouring out upon the earth in judgment.

Do not be deceived..."every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights..." (James 1:17) God does not "cause" tribulation upon His own.  The tribulation/persecution that comes to Christians comes from satan. (Job 1-2, Rev 13:7, Lk 22:31) And is allowed by God.  But, in Jesus' own words, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (Matt 7:11)

It is quite clear that the Father gives "good" things to His children. And as such, Jesus Christ is not going to pour out His "wrath" upon His Bride. ...those who have obeyed His command to persevere.  And since He has promised to come for us (Believers), this is our blessed hope.  It's been promised.

It (the time of the rapture – shock, dismay, helplessness) and the following tribulation will come as a SNARE to all those who DWELL on the earth (again – not us, for reasons just discussed!)   Now, go to  www.BibleGateway.com  and plug in the word, “snare”.  Read and understand that it is not advisable for US to get caught up in a snare!  So therefore, God is not going to send a snare upon His own children!

Woe to those who REFUSE to believe! (Rev 3:3) or think: "My Master is delaying His coming" ...He's not "really" going to come SO SOON. Because he will be tossed out!  "There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."(~Matt 24:48-51)

He who testifies to these things says, "Surely I am coming quickly." (Rev 22:20)   Let us BE WATCHING!!   Let our waists be girded & our lamps be brightly burning!!

Say with me:  Amen! Even so...COME...Lord Jesus!
