There has been a lot of posts on this site about “dividing God’s land” in relation to creating a Palestinian state and the terrible consequences for America if they are part of this.

But the land was divided in the early 1920s by the British to create the country of Jordan.  Jordan was carved out of the eastern part of the Palestine mandate to reward the Arabs that fought with Lawrence of Arabia during WWI.  Jordan sits on land that was part of ancient Israel.
