Could this be the 7 year covenant of Daniel 9? It has all the necessary
features; like for 7 years, review due at the mid point, the strengthening
of a pre-existing agreement, involves Israel and a ten horned confederacy of
the old Roman Empire. Does it identify the antichrist? This one seems to
have slipped in under the radar. You are unlikely to have seen it on the
news. There has been nothing about it in the British media that I have seen.
