"Tech-y third world"

John and Doves,

I received this e-mail and wanted to pass it along. Obviously, there will be no third-world native left behind.
In this quote, you will see that the third world is not interested in cards, but in hands. Right hands that eventually
will have a chip embedded within, along with one's accompanying fingerprint for biometric verification / authorization.

"Many banks here are keen on this idea of doing away with ATM cards," said Sunil Udupa, ...
the interest is huge."

just a quote:

"The increase will mean that just about every rural village and outpost will have access to the world's financial backbone and, if the pilot program is successful, fingerprint identification could become standard, even for private bank transactions."

This is what I expected to happen. No one is allowed to escape THE Mark.  -- Henry Visser
