Spiritual Warfare in Churches Today

 

 

At a Prayer Conference i attended over the weekend, one of the topics talked about is how Satan is messing with us Christians in our churches today. There are four main ways he is attacking Christians inside our church walls

 

1. Doubt : he is sowing doubt among believers today. Notice how many churches are doubting the truth of God's word. Satan doesn't want us to believe that the Bible is totally true, and that Jesus is the only way to eternal life in heaven

 

2. Deception  : he is trying to confuse believers who hear the word. So that they will only hear the gospel message but never actually live it out. We Christians are great at hearing what God wants us to do, but we tend to fall short on doing what God is calling us to do 

 

3. Discouragement  : at church we should be encouraging each other. How many times do you see Christians leave church discouraged instead of being lifted up by fellow believers

 

4. Division  : Satan is sowing discord among Christians today, you see church members fighting over music worship styles, color of the hallways, building designs, even fighting over if Jesus is the onlyway into heaven

 

 

 

let us believers in Jesus Christ work together for the Kingdom of God. Time is growing short, Jesus is returning soon. Lets use our remaining time with wisdom and share the Salvation Message with our family, friends and neighbors who don't know Jesus as their Lord and Savior !!!
