And Dave, bless your house and yourself.  If you don't have any anointing oil, take tap water, and bless it in Yeshua's name.  Then take it to every window and door in your home (or any other opening in your house), pray to the Lord for whatever you want (in Yeshua's name, of course!), ask Him to remove all evil from your home and your life, and make the sign of the cross with the oil/water over each opening.  When you are finished, do the sign of the cross with the oil/water on your forehead, and ask the Lord's protection.
 
Throughout my life, when things are going badly, that is what I do, and I FEEL the evil lifted, and God's peace replacing it!  It has NEVER failed to work for me!
