Dear Friends in Christ,
I just told my friend,
Ellen, yesterday that this movie "End of the Spear" may not be about "we"
Christians at all, but an attempt by the Almighty to reach
actor, Chad Allen with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
God will go to great lengths to reach one lost sinner.
I know, as I experienced His Grace firsthand! That
being said, Chad Allen has a history in homosexual activism,
playing the part of "Joshua" [ a Christ figure ] in the 2001 movie, "Corpus
Christi". For this reason and if
in fact, it is an attempt for us to compromise on his sin, I will not
be attending it when it is released. ONLY the Gospel of Jesus Christ and
a clear presentation of it, demonstrates real
love for the homosexual. Let's all pray
for Chad to come to know Jesus Christ personally as his Savior.
He has a history of Catholicism, Buddhism,
and Hinduism....so perhaps he is searching. Deep down he knows his
behavior is NOT pleasing to God. God can use this for His glory. Pray that
it would be used for His glory and not the promoting of Allen's gay lifestyle.
He made a "gentleman's agreement" that he would not use the film to further
his gay activism. Let's see if he keeps it.
