The question was raised about 390 years mentioned in Ezekiel chapter 4. Actually the proper number to use is the sum of the 390 mentioned for Israel in verse 5 and the 40 years mentioned in verse 6 for Judah, thus arriving at 430. Taking off the 70 years of captivity leaves 360 unfulfilled years of judgment. It is this number that gets multiplied by the 7 mentioned in Lev 26:27 (resulting in 2520 biblical years)  Now 2520 X 360 = 907,200. Then divide by 365.25 = 2483.7 calendar years. If you add this amount to 536 BC I believe you get to 1947.7 but since there is no year zero this date becomes 1948.7 Not bad forecasting for the rebirth of Israel in 1948!! Regards Hal
