Sharon rushed to operating room after CAT scan
Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was rushed back to the operating room after a precautionary CAT scan performed on him late Friday morning showed new bleeding in the same area of the brain and an expansion in the cerebral ventricles in his brain.Director General of Hadassah Hospital, Doctor Shlomo Mor-Yosef told reporters that Sharon was experiencing an escalation in cranial and blood pressure as well.

Report: Sharon Undergoes Emergency Surgery
JERUSALEM - Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was undergoing emergency surgery Friday after a brain scan discovered more bleeding, Israel's TV stations reported.
Officials at Hadassah Hospital and Sharon's aides declined comment on the reports.
Two Sharon aides, who were in a meeting elsewhere in Jerusalem, rushed out of the building and were on their way to Hadassah Hospital, Channel 10 reported. Other reports said acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and former Prime Minister Shimon Peres were en route to the hospital.

Sharon’s Condition has Worsened Considerably
(IsraelNN.com) Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s condition has taken a turn for the worse, with Hadassah Hospital’s Prof. Shlomo Mor-Yosef explaining “there have been changes in his blood pressure and intracranial pressure.”The deterioration in his condition was confirmed in a CT scan performed on Friday morning.
Sharon was rushed to surgery and the neurosurgical team is now preparing to perform another procedure to stop renewed cerebral hemorrhaging.
