Poland may not follow EU’s foreign policy
Based on an idea floated by Jacques Chirac in 2004, European Union may require that all member nations follow a common foreign policy guideline set by the “core group”. Poland’s Foreign Minister Adam Rotfeld announced that Poland opposes the idea that Poland has to a common foreign policy. Poland would like to cooperate with France and Germany but would like to follow an independent foreign policy.
