"Will UN Tsunami Aid be like Food for Oil?"

After the horrendous duplicity of the UN ....actually ARMING Saddam with the Food for Oil Plan and padding their own individual pockets with billions of dollars (France, Germany, China, and Russia), can we trust the UN with billions of dollars to be dispensed for aid programs in Indonesia?
I don't think so.
The UN has a black eye and it will never recover even with the ousting of Kofi Annan.
