"Another clarification"

Dear John,

Well, since I am making clarifications let me make another.

In the letter about the woman with an infirmity for 18 years I stated that you add 6 years to the 12 years in my previous article, in other words 1993 + 12 = 2005 + 6 = 2011.  That does not bring us to the end of the Trib.

I am sure this will cause a world of controversy (but maybe the good kind), but I have book, chapter, and verse for everything I am about to present.

The Lord is going to return to this earth shortly before the end of the Tribulation, and it will not be to the mount of Olives.  He will first come to the ancient city of Petra and present Himself to the Jews who are locked up in Petra for their own safety.  There He will plead with them "face to face," Ezekiel 20:33-38.  There they will receive Him as their own personal Saviour and Messiah.  He will then personally lead them out of Petra, Micah 2:12-13.  As soon as He leaves the narrow valley leading into Petra the battle will begin.  The Lord will trample His enemies and the enemies of Israel under His feet all the way from the entrance to Petra right up the east side of the Dead Sea, Isaiah 63:1-6. The 110th Psalm even tells us that He will pause in the heat of battle to refresh Himself with a drink of water at the Arnon River, Psalm 110:7.  There will be a terrible slaughter of His enemies as recorded in Ezekiel 39.  When the Lord reaches the north end of the Dead Sea, He will turn and head due west across the Jordan River, the very same place that was crossed by Joshua and the children of Israel 3,500 years ago.  The river will open up to Him and those Jews from Petra that are accompanying Him.  His turning due west at the north end of the Dead Sea will bring Him into Jerusalem from the East directly across the top of the mount of Olives as recorded in Zechariah 14.  Look at a good map of the Holy Land and see it for yourself.  There the mount will split in half and the Jews fighting for their lives in Jerusalem will flee through the valley that is created, crying, "Blessed is He that cometh in the name of the Lord."  Glory!   Praise the Lord!   Hallelujah!

After saving the Jews and delivering Jerusalem the Lord will press the battle right on up through the valleys of Achor and Jezreel and all the way to the plans of Megiddo, trampling His enemies under His feet all the way.  There, on the plains of Megiddo, the echo of the last shot ever fired in war will fade away, and "men will learn war no more," Micah 4:3; Isaiah 2:4.  The hills shall break forth into singing and the trees of the field shall clap their hands for joy, Isaiah 55:12, and the whole earth shall delight itself in the abundance of peace, Psalm 37:11.

Glory!  Praise the Lord!  What a wonderful Savior is our Lord.

And when will all this be completed?  In 2012.  Add 7 years to 2005 and what do you get?    Yes, Jerusalem, typifying the woman with the spirit of infirmity will be saved totally and completely as the year 2011 draws to a close, but what has to be done to mop up the last of the rebels and clean up the mess won't be completed until sometime in 2012.

Yes folks, it is all right there in God's wonderful inspired Word, but you only get it when you quit chasing rabbits, get your priorities in order, and devote serious study to God's Word.    May the Lord bless His Word to your hearts.
