I have read this story before, back before I used to ask the Lord for a daily double portion of discernment. I prayed before reading it in order to see the truth about this "vision". I also ask the Lord to confirm the truth of a matter with two or more witnesses.
   The first thing that struck me was the mentioning of an angelic being who was a beautiful woman. According to the Bible, which is our final authority, angels are not women. The idea of angels being beautiful women is probably from the father of lies, who appears as an angel of light. The current fascination with angels, as evidenced by many stories of beautiful  angelic women appearing to people around the planet, should alert us to the idea that they are not what they seem to be.
   The second tipoff was that Washington, who was a Mason, would not be receiving a vision from the Lord, but again, from the father of lies. Many will say he was not a Mason. Well, then why would he give approval to the Masonistic design so prevalent in our nation's capitol unless he was totally ignorant? Anyone with eyes to see will recognize that these ungodly designs mark the street layouts of Washington D.C., and the obelisk which bears his name, and they are also cleverly integrated within our currency and even the flag and the great seal. Do some googling and you will find these things to be true.
    Then today, two letters were posted which confirmed that this nice story is bogus. Thank you Lord, for discernment. May our eyes be opened to the truth about everyone and everything. May we be willing to accept the truth once you show us, and may we be obedient to act upon the truth that you give us, and to share it with others.
