As previously reported at http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=42478 a heresy case was pressed against Kerry and other Catholics for advocating abortion, but I haven't heard anything more about it in the news.  However, I did locate a list of at least 72 Catholic politicians who are Pro-abortion.
