"REPLY TO RANDY"

Hi Randy,

In reply to your 12/31 post at http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/dec2004/randy1231.htm about the website you posted http://www.yiddishkeit.org/ if you read the article called "Rav Kaduri: Moshiach Has Arrived" athttp://www.yiddishkeit.org/PageLaunch.asp?ItemCode=638 he thinks the Messiah (Moshiach) is already in the Holy Land.  Also if you read the article called "The Scenario" at http://www.erevmoshiach.org/EM/ErevMoshiach3.asp which is part of the article called A "Child's Vision of Redemption" at http://www.yiddishkeit.org/PageLaunch.asp?ItemCode=774 "The Scenario" tells where the Messiah is hiding out in the Holy Land and in what month in 2005 some of the Old Testament Saints (Patriarchs & Matriarchs) supposedly will be resurrected.

So what does that tell us about the website?  It doesn't agree with what the Bible tells us.  According to Matthew 24:15-27, Jesus gave us a certain set of events that must take place before his second coming to earth. He told his disciples about the abomination of desolation that would stand in the holy place and about "great tribulation such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.  And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days should be shortened." Jesus also said,  "Then if any man say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; in so much that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.  Behold, I have told you before.  Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.  For as the lightning cometh out of the east and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." So we are to beware of false Christs and false prophets on earth before Jesus' second coming to Earth when he is accompanied by all the saints according to Zechariah 14:5 and "his feet shall stand in that day on the Mount of Olives which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midest thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall move toward the north, and half of it toward the south" according to Zechariah 14:4.  Since the above articles on this website claim the Messiah has already arrived in the Holy Land, it can't be Jesus Christ because he won't be returning to earth until the end of the great tribulation period.

We Christians also know that the Lord Jesus Christ the real Messiah and the Christ and most of the Jewish people don't believe he is the Messiah or Moshiach (anointed one or the Christ). 1 John 2:22-23 says, "Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ: He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.  Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: [but] he that acknowledgeth th Son hath the Father also."  From all of this evidence, we can see that the Messiah who this website claims has arrived and is hiding in the Holy Land is not Jesus Christ which means this website must be promoting a false Christ and a false Messiah.

Here is a definition of the words Messiah, Mosiach, anointed one, Christos, and Christ at http://www.woodford.redbridge.sch.uk/rs/year7/lentmessiah.html

  God bless,
