David.... For the past year and a half, I have been facinated
with knowing the real name of God....
 
There is a scripture that says, "Those who know my Name
shall do exploits..."   Don't know what verse that is but it
is in my head.
 
I bought "The Scriptures" version of the bible and have been
facinated by it ever since.... God revealed to Moses his
real name... He said Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob knew God
by the name EL, or EL SHADDAI but at the burning bush
God reveals his real name...re: [SHEMOTH (Exodus) 6:3]
 
When Jesus came, He said in one of His prayers to His
Father.... "I have revealed your Name"....  Jesus (Yashua)
got into much trouble from the Pharisees  because He
spoke or said God's real name outside of the Holy of Holies.
The Pharisees only were permitted to speak His Name
once a year in the Holy of Holies.... Jesus spoke
and taught (revealed) His Name all the time.....
this was the blasphemy according to the Pharisees..
