I saw this quoted on net some where: “Why get so excited about the Rapture, we are only going up for supper and then it is back to earth for 1000 years”

The rapture and wedding with supper will be the most extreme experience of a life time, one not to be missed. We will be with Jesus in heaven for a period of time (3 ½ years or 7 years depending on which is really real)

But to think about returning on white horses behind our leader Jesus and coming back to earth to spend 1000 years on earth is simply too wild to even think about. We will help rule a peaceful earth (in our new glorified body which is neither male nor female) where the lion lays down with the lamb. 1000 years! I have live almost 60 years and that seems long; but 1000 years is yet ours when we come back to earth. What will the earth be like after God’s judgment?

Wild times are ahead of us. I feel like a kid ready for a roller coaster ride; let’s do it, hands up the whole way.
