I love it when God says No.
As you are on your walk with God, your prayers are being answered with a: YES, NO, and NOT NOW, BUT LATER.Many people live their lives depending on how answers their prayer. If God say No, they become sad or mad. Their lives are like a Yo-Yo; up and down, depending on how God answers their prayers. No one comes to prayer meeting and says “praise God, God just told me NO.”
As we pray for people, we see some healed and some are not healed. Have you ever prayed hard for someone only to see that person die? Your emotions can not follow or be dependent on how God answers your prayer.
It takes the same amount of FAITH to get a NO answer as it does a YES answer. Our faith and emotions should remain rock solid no matter how God answers you. There are times when a NO is the best answer for you; if you can trust God.
I can remember when our daughter was in a car wreck and was laying in a hospital bed; not dead or alive. My only prayer was “Lord, you make the decision whether my daughter is to live or die, because I know that your answer will be the right answer”. My daughter died within hours. That happened in 1981 and to this day I thank and trust God for He knows what is best; even in death.
So you see, I love the NO answer, because God gives it when He knows what is best for me. The No that He gives to us is given because He loves us and knows what is best for us. What A great God we serve.
