The Spring Feasts.

Think of what had to happen for Jesus to fulfill the spring feasts in real time; that is at the same time that each feast was taking place. His death was known of God since the beginning and all that was taking place in Jesus’ life was to see that Jesus was where He should be to fulfill the feasts in real time. His ministry was all planned out so that all the things that took place during the last 5 days of Jesus’ life had to fit into all the prophecy given about the Messiah and at the same time He was fulfilling each spring feast.

The odds are pretty high that all of these things could happen in such a short time. Even the coming of the Promise (which was the giving of the Holy Spirit) had to wait until the right day to fulfill a feast day.

The pattern seems clear concerning these things with Jesus being the complete fulfillment of the Spring Feasts. The Spring feasts were rehearsals of what Jesus was to fulfill.

Jesus had to die on the right day and at the right time of day to fulfill being our Passover lamb.

When Jesus comes again, He will be fulfilling prophecy and be the fulfillment of the fall feasts.  God has a plan and schedule that will be fulfilled on time and in real time. What year, we don’t know.
 
Jesus could not have died for our sins to be our Passover lamb on any other day of the year than He did.
