Dr. Samuel Doctorian was on TBN this evening and told of his vision of seeing 5 angels (and what they showed him) in 1998 when he was on the isle of Patmos.  He also said he was in Indonesia this December preaching, and saw a vision of the earthquake and tsunami and destruction that was about to happen there.  The day after he left was when it happened.  This link takes you right to the prophecy from the Five Angels of the Continents.
