If those 70 weeks are weeks of days, then those 3 score and 2 weeks are 62 weeks equaling 434 days.  62 weeks is his ministry or Year of the Lord.  7 weeks from his resurrection + 1 day is Pentecost.

 

This is so clear to me...there is no 7-year tribulation mentioned in here at all as I see it.  When he died and gave up the ghost he said "it is finished".  The 7th angel in Revelation also said "it is done". 

 

Then in the midst of the 63rd week Messiah is cut off for the many. Now we have 7 more weeks of 49 days making 434+7+49=490 days bringing us to the end of 70 weeks.

 

The next day is Pentecost when the Holy Spirit comes down. 

 

After Pentecost prince Titus comes and destroys the Temple and Jerusalem. 

 

Then as Josephus says, 1130 years after the completion of the 1st Temple the Jews are banished from Jerusalem. I've checked all those dates in chronology and they all add up to me.

 

Daniel 9:24-27

 

[24] "Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

[25] Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and 62 weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

[26] And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince [Titus] that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

[27] And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one [Passion] week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate."

 

Luke 4:17-21 Jesus began his ministry.

"There was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias.

And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, 

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because

he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor;

he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted,

to preach deliverance to the captives, and

recovering of sight to the blind, to

set at liberty them that are bruised, To

preach the acceptable year of the Lord. 

And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down.

And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. 

And he began to say unto them,

This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears." 

 

Ezekiel 36:26 "A new heart also will I give you,

and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will

take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and

I will give you an heart of flesh." 

 

Jeremiah 31:31 "Behold, the days come, saith

the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the

house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

 

Hebrews 8:13 "In that he saith, A new covenant,

he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth

and waxeth old is ready to vanish away."

 

On the day of Pentecost that New Covenant came

into effect as the Holy Spirit began to build the third

temple.  Peter preached and 3,000 believed and

received.  God's kingdom is a spiritual kingdom and

it is spread by LOVE.
