John,   My eyes about popped out of my head when I read your post!  Three former Presidents in the Middle East region all in a coma (Israel - Sharon; Egypt - Mubarak; and Tunisia - Ben Ali)!  Something is definitely going on here - that is just too weird..   Blessings, Wendy
