"RE:  Lester--"To Jerry Almond birth of Israel etc""

Hello, John and Doves,

The year of the liberation of Jerusalem was 5727 [Aish.com]--Summer of 1967.

That's why that time is also known as, "The summer of love."

That was a jubilee year, and therefore also the first year of the next cycle.

The next Jubilee year will therefore be in 5727 + 49 = 5776.

The year 5776 starts on the 14th of September, 2015.

Jesus will be anointed in a Jubilee year, on Sukkot of that year.

Our LORD said,
" 'And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!' "  Mark 13:37

In HaShem,
Mike C.

"To Jerry Almond: birth of Israel etc"

There is also an often overlooked part of prophecy in Daniel, that points to the return of Jewish rule to Jerusalem and apparently the start of the cleansing of the Temple Mount in 1967.

1. Alexander the Great ("he goat") defeats the Persian empire ("ram") around 333 BC - this part of the prophecy is very well known. This date is the point of reference for that specific vision of Daniel.

Daniel 8:5-5 And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.  And he came to the ram that had two horns, which I had seen standing before the river, and ran unto him in the fury of his power.

2. Counting 2300 years (i.e. years for days) from this point of reference (333 BC), is approximately 1967 - Jerusalem returns to Jewish control and the Temple Mount for a very short time is under Jewish control - so it seems that this is just the start of the cleansing of the sanctuary.

Daniel 8:13-14
Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot? And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

3. The "little horn" who emerges from one of the 4 parts (north, south, east, west) that Alexander's empire split into, was Muhammed. The domain was to the South (Arabia, North Africa) and the East (Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia) and towards the pleasant land (Israel).

Daniel 8:9-12 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land. And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.  Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of the sanctuary was cast down.  And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.

4. This kingdom of the "little horn" was from one of the 4 parts of the post-Alexander split. It represents the Southern portion, so the Eastern split today is now further east than the extent of the Islamic countries - i.e the eastern split now refers to the Far East (China etc). So the Southern kingdom is the green horseman, and the Eastern kingdom is the red horseman (China, Communism). Since the red horseman in Revelation precedes the black and green horsemen but succeeds the white horseman - if you look at the 3 great events in European history (given that Rome was so dominant until then), it is Constantine (white horseman), Attila the Hun (red horseman - today represented by the Far East, Communism), Odoacer (black horseman, part North European, Capitalism), and the Muhammed (green horseman)

5. The "little horn" had taken over the Temple Mount / Jewish Sanctuary in Jerusalem

Daniel 8:9-12 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land. And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them.Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of the sanctuary was cast down. And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.

in Jesus' Name,
Lester
