Did you ever think of the possibility that the souls under the altar who are given white robes who aren't given crowns yet, and who are also waiting for their brethren to be killed as they were killed, were not given their crowns yet just like the great multitude arriving in heaven aren't wearing crowns because they all have to appear before the judgment seat of Christ, and they wouldn't immediately receive a crown whether they were a resurrected saint or an alive saint that never died who arrived in heaven as part of the great multitude, but they would be rewarded with a crown after they are judged.
Donna,I imagine I will never change your mind. But I think it's vital to "rightly divide the word". We see the souls under the Alter resurected in Revelation 20
The Thousand Years1 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. 2 He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. 3 He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.
4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They[a] had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years. We should recall in Revelation 6 those souls are told to wait. (Revelation 20) until all the rest who were killed joined them. The slaughter of people goes on until Jesus stops it.And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
10And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
11And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilledHow can you tell me that this very specific description of people who were all killed, who wanted their blood avenged, are all believers who are raptured? The only way you get there is to hold onto a Post-wrath rapture. But I can't find it in revelation.Clearly the souls under the alter ALL have their robes dipped in blood. Not the blood of Christ but their own blood. If it was Christ's the 24 Elders's robes would have been dipped in blood also.I don't know how one can twist Rev 6:9-11 and say it's all believers. Explain to me how it is!Seasons-Strong's G5550 - chronos) time either long or short
Synonym for G5550 And the Crowns are cast before we are introduced to the souls under the alter. So, to me, this clearly shows me the Church has been taken.......the Bema Seat Judgement happens.......praise and worship to our Saviour......we give the only thing we have, OUR CROWNS.Jesus takes the scroll.....The title deed to his creation. And he breaks the first seal. And the horror of the Tribulation starts.Donna, I was raised Catholic and had no end time doctrine taught to me. I't my own study of rightly dividing the word that has brought me to my conclusions. And I am constantly studing and evaluating if I am seeing things that God wrote correctly.God Bless you always,Mercer
