The white horseman was Constantine the Great, to fulfill the Lord's prophecy:
Matthew 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Constantine eventually destroyed Apostolic Christianity, except for a few Spirit-led, Bible-believers, even today.
