"rough face of Jesus and
shroud"
I had a brief vision of Jesus and he looked
kind of rough like the shroud.
I am not saying that I know this for sure but it does line up with
scripture
Isaiah 53:2
New International Version (©1984)
He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry
ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in
his appearance that we should desire him.
I do not think this is referring to the way he looked after the
crucifixion.
So I am very dubious of the pretty boy paintings of Jesus.
When I saw Jesus it was very brief, he had a prominent nose that some
Jewish people are noted for.
His eyes were narrow and deep, his face was slender like that of the
shroud.
But his eyes were incredible, it was not the color but the look.
You knew exactly who he was by just one glance of his eyes full of
depth, patience and love, very serious.
