Look at the last few verses in Psalms 110.  I dismissed this last year as nothing seemingly connected happened.  Now however with the uprisings in many parts of the middle east I have to wonder. 

God says he will wound the leaders over many countries in the last verses of Psalms 110.  Wounding might be synonymous with political overthrow.  The reference to dead bodies has me puzzled and concerned.  Perhaps figurative mixed with literal language. 

I am studying a couple of books on Israel’s history esp. around the pivotal years of 1917, 1948, 1967, 1973 etc.  Many of the events seem to be mentioned in the related Psalms to those years although it appears the exact chapter vs. year concept sometimes leads or lags the exact historical date by a year or two at the most.
