Regarding who is riding the white horse, I've read that the white horse is a symbol of the tribe of Dan.  I have also read that our president is a decendant of the tribe of Dan on his mother's side.  Could it be that the white horse is he who is deceiving the sleepy world?  And notice a bow is mentioned (often a skill of the tribe of Benjamin), but no arrows.  So perhaps this is not a weapon the rider really has any skill to use; he's just pretending.  Just some thoughts.
