"SCRIPTURE USES 'SPECIFIC WORDS' TO GIVE US 'THE ORDER' IN WHICH EVENTS OCCUR........."
Dear Doves,
Scripture uses specific
'words and phrases' to show us 'the order' in which Biblical 'events
occur' with respect to one another. Some of these are: "at that time",
"then", "after", and "before". Notice how these words give the 'order
of occurrance' of events as they unfold in the following Scriptures:
Daniel 12:1
"There
will be a time of tribulation such as has not happened from the
beginning of nations until 'THEN'. But 'AT THAT TIME' your people -
everyone whose name is found written in the book - will be delivered.
Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to
everlasting life..."
Matthew 24:21
"For 'THEN' there will be
great tribulation, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now
- and never to be equaled again."
Matthew 24:29
"Immediately 'AFTER' the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light..."
Acts 2:20
"The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood 'BEFORE' the coming of the great and glorious Day of the Lord."
Matthew 24:30
"AT THAT TIME' the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky...."
According to Your Word, come Lord Jesus!
