Luke 21:22
"For these are the days of (God's) vengeance, THAT ALL THINGS WHICH ARE WRITTEN MAY BE FULFILLED."

This Scripture does NOT exclude any 'end-time' prophecies "WHICH ARE WRITTEN", without exception. This Scripture means just what it says! It means "ALL THINGS WHICH ARE WRITTEN MAY BE FULFILLED" including the end-time "vengeance" prophecies upon Israel that will be "fulfilled" during the '70th Week of Daniel' just as they are "written" next in:

Luke 21:23
"...for there will be great tribulation in the land (of Israel) and (God's) wrath upon this (Jewish) people."  

Luke 21:24
"...And Jerusalem will be trampled (tribulated) by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled."

Luke 21:28
"...NOW WHEN THESE THINGS BEGIN TO HAPPEN, LOOK UP AND LIFT UP YOUR HEADS, BECAUSE YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWS NEAR."

Luke 21:31
"...WHEN YOU SEE THESE THINGS HAPPENING, KNOW THAT THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NEAR."
