737 = 11 x 67.

Also, in the JR Church video he comments that Obama spoke in Berlin, Germany facing the Museum and close to Victoria's column on 7/24/2008.

 

From 7/24/2008 (Obama Berlin Victoria speech) to the disastrous Victoria (Australia) bushfires on 2/7/2009 was 198 days. 198 = 18 x 11 and 99 + 99.
