It is true we may look evil when we are angry, however, it is also possible a person may look like the devil wearing a Cheshire Cat Grin. A case in point is shown at this link: http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/feb2009/tng221.htm. Try scrolling the page so that the top part of the face from half the eyes up is covered. Maybe it's the eye bags, but I am not totally convinced of that. It's more the overall sinister looks if you know what I mean.
