"To Jan Mikael"

You know brother Jan, I was just thinking on the scripture about mounting up

as eagles and so I went to the scripture to read it again.....and a little more.

Isaiah  chapter 40

28] Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

[29] He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

[30] Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

[31] But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

The whole chapter is really a blessing . I somehow generally thought of "wait upon the Lord" more to mean to wait as in time for Him

to act (to move upon our prayers...to answer). However, this time as I read it, I saw that to "wait upon the Lord" would not at all mean

just in time or also in time, but it leaped in my heart that it meant (as given by the Spirit just now) that He is saying to minister to Him,

to do as He wills, to obey, to Praise and Worship Him is true waiting upon Him. I was thinking that often our prayers are answered like

lightening...so powerful and so fast....so that there is  only seconds to an answered prayer on occasion. But He loves us to worship

Him...to minister to Him and THEN we shall mount up with wings as eagles. What joy in praise and worship, just simple adoration.

It lifts us up and our spirit soars , we are edified just as He is .Just wanted to share this with you.
