"The glory of God: Grace"

The glory of God is found in His love. And the glory of that love has no part in a gospel that "demands" a certain walk out of its participants. Rather, the beauty and purity of the Gospel of God emanates from the fact that nothing is required on our part. The glory of God shines through to fallen man in grace. And grace has only one prerequisite: receive. One need only receive to find forgiveness of sins and peace with God.

Yes, the glory of God has been exposed to us in grace. Which means that it is possible for one to accept the grace needed to be born again, and yet, refuse the grace that has also been provided for sanctification and a walk in fellowship with the One who has provided it.

How sad it is that we so easily diminish and even corrupt the glory of the gospel of grace; and this simply because we fail to distinguish between two distinct aspects of salvation: forgiveness and sanctification.
