"Charles Holler-question on "the twinkling of an eye""

Hello Charles,

It was nice to hear from you. I have read a number of your Pentecost Rapture postings and have been blessed by them.

Most of the questions you have raised were answered in my Feb.5 posting titled “Frank Molver’s ‘Re: 41 years, June 2008’ “. It is a very short article that you may want to check out.

Sivan 6 starts at sundown on Sunday, June 8 this year. It concludes on Monday, June 9 at sundown. So there is room to squeeze Pentecost in before year 41 is complete. Or to say it another way, a Pentecost Rapture would occur 40+ years from June 10, 1967 or from June 14, 1967 (the celebration on Pentecost that year which took place on the Temple Mount).

The phrase “twinkling of an eye” which occurs in 1 Cor. 15:52 refers to the time it will take to shed our current body and put on our new glorious body. The Greek word for “twinkling” refers to any rapid movement. The eye can move more rapidly than any other part of our visible bodies (The MacArthur Study Bible). I remember Chuck Missler saying that “the twinkling of an eye” will happen in a nanosecond. A nanosecond is one billionth of a second. It does not get any quicker than that.

Charles, your posting seems to imply that you understand the “twinkling of an eye” to have something to do with the Time of Day when the rapture will occur. I have never heard of this interpretation. Please enlighten me on this if you can.

Ready for Departure,
