Very interesting of what the Bible says. You are right of what you say.  I  think like you as  there is no one who can make up the face of Jesus , today.

You refered to different passages and the picture is there.

Isaiah  described him , as you mentioned. YES , the scriptures say that his face  didn't look like  the face  of MAN .  Jesus was SO  beaten up that the flesh had to be swollen and differing from any man's face.

One thing that I  found is that lot of people picture Jesus's face having  LONG HAIR.

The BOOK says in  1  Cor 11 : 14  that it is a dishonor for God for a man to have long hair.

Mt 3 : 17  God spoke about Jesus being '' ... my beloved Son , in whom I  am well pleased''

It shows that Jesus did not have LONG HAIR like some pictures show.He was an honor to the eyes of his Father.

 

Jesus '  face :  JN 20 : 27  Thomas wanted to see by himself the  LORD and also he wanted to touch him. Put his fingers in his WOUNDS (  hands and side ).

If  Jesus'  wounds were visible and touchable , he must have had his other  SCARS and WOUNDS (  his back , face, feet ,  body  ,  etc... )

Lets look at   LUKE 24 : 13 - 32   Two disciples did not recognized Jesus even talking to them and walking by their sides. His face had to be different. They only recognized HIM after they heard Him pray, and broke the bread... then and only THEN their eyes were openned and saw in  him ( his ways of doing things )and remembered  The ways  Jesus used to pray and break the bread.

Remember also JN 20 : 15  Jesus rose from the death and Mary seeing him did not recognized Him....... She,supposing him to be the gardener , said to him.....

And then , JESUS spoke to her saying  :  '' MARY '' .  She recognized Jesus' voice. Perhaps the way he used to talk , expression, tone of voice    etc...

But his face  seemed not to be the face Mary  used to see.
