NOTE FROM PEGGY: Richard has always had supper cooked when I got home from work. But now that he has to work Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., I have begun searching the Internet for casserole recipes to cook for him on those days. This week, I will be showcasing these recipes. Some I've already cooked and tried, some I haven't. I will let you know when I have already cooked a recipe this week.
