If you read my article carefully you would have realised I was using the Biblical calendar at http://www.truthofyahweh.org/calendar.html
which in my opinion is more accurate.
 
Last year, the month Nisan started a month later in April as suppose to March on the traditional Jewish Calendar.
 
This year, however, Nisan starts at the same time on both calendars.
 
So from Nisan 2007 to Nisan 2008 is still 13 months.
