Thank you Pastor for such an informative post regarding the appearance of God, and the sufferings of Jesus.

I don't think it is possible for anyone to provide a more illuminating explanation, and I'm grateful.

You reminded me of a minister that I have not seen in many many years, and he may have gone home to the Lord by now, his name is Reverend Louis Tutt, and I remember one time during a Bible study that someone asked him "Rev, what color is God?" (the Bible study had a good mix of Christians from all races and ancestry) and Reverend Tutt did not hesitate for one moment (he in fact was a powerful black Southern Baptist preacher), he smiled at us all and said:

"God is the color of LOVE!"

And that settled it.
