Dear Doves,

A friend of mine (a brother in Christ) drove off a cliff last summer, the sun caught his eye and he missed a curve in the road (I believe that the road also gave way causing him to actually go over the edge)  His truck rolled and because he was not wearing a seat belt he survived.  He was thrown from the vehicle.  The accident happened in a remote area of Idaho near the Utah boarder.  A dog that lived nearby was aware of the accident and kept barking until it's master came to investigate the cause of the barking.  God used that dog to save Orland's life.

At any rate he was life flighted to Ogen Utah to a medical center, in a coma for a month, and is now a walking miracle (well actually he isn't walking quite yet, but by God's grace he will be soon).  They (he and his wife Evie) had many opportunities to share the gospel (the real one not the slanderous made up, mormon one) with many people while he was in the hospital.

God has been using this couple in big ways, my prayer request stems from the fact that they have no medical insurance and they make thier living by a little cafe/antique store in Preston Idaho. (home of that silly movie Napoleon Dynamite - the scene where they have the dojo is the room I teach Sunday School, if you watch that movie closely you will see much attesting to Christ, like crosses (mormons don't do crosses)and Catholic paraphenilia - any way I digress) They are faced with having to file bankruptcy because of the medical bills that after the settlement with medicare will amount to over $200,000.  They do  not want to file bankruptcy, they do not want to have to give up thier shop (but will have to if they file).

We all know God loves incredible odds, where there is no doubt that He is the one who handled the situation - my request is that you all would pray that God would shine through here in an amazing way and that His incredible grace would be witnessed by very many and that as many as God would have would be drawn to Him and His real grace and be saved.

Awesome things are happening here in the little predominently mormon valley.  Many are being called and some are seeing the truth.  Truly miracles are happening here.
