Gina, I first heard about it on the Steve Quayle Internet talk show program last Thursday evening.
On Thursday's, Quayle has a guy, who goes by the handle name of "Hawk" sitting in as guest host.
'Hawk' is a former Military man, who seems to have contacts embedded both in the U.S. military and intelligence apparatus.
He comes off as a very knowledgeable guy  in those areas.
He uses software on his computer showing him that he is being monitored by several government alphabet agencies, one being the CIA among others.
 
Also, there was a Coast to Coast program just last Sunday night that was hosted by Las Vegas TV reporter/UFO researcher George Knapp.
He had Jim Marrs on as a guest, and Marrs was also supposed to be discussing this same subject.
But I kept dozing on and off, and missed that part if it was discussed at all.
I intend to email both Marrs and Knapp, to ask if there is something concrete about the whole thing or not from their perch.
 
The same talk is supposed to be heavy on the Internet; not that it could mean something special.
But introduction of aliens as goodwill ambassadors to the World on the U.N. stage, certainly seems more logical and plausible, than them just landing on the White House lawn or something--if you know what I mean.
I agree that our Faith will be of utmost importance as time goes on, along with the Spirit of Wisdom.
