I am sure those creatures in there would want to know the hour of the rapture also. I understand the letter to mean that once the rapture happens that these creatures would be let out to do havic on the world, just like it says in Revelations. I woud say that it is God's will for it to happen because it is written in Revelations that it will. It is God's will to punish the wicked and unbelieving. Reminds me of the bridge sscene I referred to in my dream posted yesterday. All hell breaks loose after the rapture. There is a  tight bridge that will appear in a twinkling of an eye referred to by other posts here, after that I am sure these creatures will appear.
 
In addition the letter I sent re Aldo the boy who went to heaven while he was in a long coma states that God told him he will be able to preach  the message God gave him when he is 16.  This word came to him around 1-2 years ago. The accident happened in 2004. As of now he is still unable to speak coherently. Just like his eye healing and his body healing gradualy, I expect him to be able to speak soon. He will be 16 this April or May. He also saw heaven and hell and will warn of those things. He wil be giving this message to churches and warning them to prepare for the rapture, not to be caught off gaurd.
