Just saw this movie. I had misgivings becase of the title and the start of the movie. Michael Landons son made it, his father made Little House On The Prarie, so I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be an excellent movie. It is set in the Appalacian Mountains and is about a clan of Scottish folks who massacred the Indians in that area so they could have the land. The guilt was so strong that they reached back to their Scottish custom of having a sin eater take away thier sins after they died. This of course did not work. A traveling evangelist reached out to them but was killed by one of them. The gospel reached them thru his death.
 
It is much more powerful than I can describe. If you want a good inspirational movie to watch check this out.
