This is an excellent explanation to the questions Kay asked, which I am sure many others may have also wondered about. It makes perfect sense and explains at the same time why so many of us believers are going through our times of testing, even as Jacob did. We must all learn to be overcomers, it is not just a simple overnight accomplishment. Not only are we learning to overcome the obstacles in life, but we are also learning to overcome OURSELVES just as Jacob did, and learning to REST in the Lord, realizing that He truly is sovereign.
