For all of you who may not be aware of it, there is already a movie that was released in 2005 that gives a "word for word" account of John's gospel, called "The Gospel of John". It was release by Visual Bible International Inc. and was directed by Philip Saville.
It is the most dramatically powerful movie I have ever seen on the life of Jesus. Being a "word for word" account is what makes it is so powerful. (no "Hollywood" version here)  And every CD comes with a shorter 2 hour version, along with the full 3 hour version.
The casting for this film is exceptional. From Jesus, the Jewish leaders, Pilate, to the 12 disciples, it all makes for a very powerful testimony to the life and ministry of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
If you haven't seen it yet, please go and rent it, or better yet, buy your own copy (or two) as you will want to watch it over and over again and share it with others.
