I just sent many articles I received over the past week about the Jews and Israel.  I am one of those who read the news or hear the news and think Bible Prophecy.  Some days I feel like the Lone Ranger.  Others do not seem to interpret it this way.
 
I hear "People have been expecting Him since the year 100 AD! And 200 AD! and even 2000 AD Y2K!"  Most seem to think the world will just go on going on forever.
 
I read in the Baptist Press this week that Al Gore has been declared a propphet by the New Baptist Covenant, organized by those great spiritual leaders Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.  The story was on the third page of my newspaper on Saturday, Religion section.  When Al Gore spoke, he claimed that even the Bible supported his global warming theory and referenced Luke 16:54-56.  I read the verses and sure did not see anything about global warming there.
 
"Then He also said to the multitudes, 'Whenever you see a cloud rising out of the west, immediately you say, ' A shower is coming'; and so it is.
 
And when you see the south wind blow, you say, ' There will be hot weather'; and there is.
 
Hypocrites!  You can discern the face of the sky and of the earth, but how is it you do not discern this time?"
 
Men will believe the lie.  They are unable to discern between the truth and a lie.
 
It is so difficult for me to understand how our governments can take the side of Arabs who call themselved "Palestinians" against the Children of God, Israel.  These are supposedly well educated leaders.  Haven't they ever studied any European or Ancient History?  If they were political science majors, pre-law, social studies, government majors, they almost had to.  Not only do they ignore the written history by men, but they ignore the Word of God when He claims that plot of land as His own (Leviticus 25:23, 2 Chronicles 7:20, Isaiah 14:25, Jeremiah 2:7 and 16:18, Ezekial 38:16, Joel 3:2, and Zechariah 2:12).
 
I am so frustrated with the political scene around the world and especially here in the USA.  In OK we have had a rash (about 5) LAWMAKERS who have not been paying taxes (property, state income, etc.).
 
Shouldn't we hold our leaders to an even higher standard than the local businessman?  Shouldn't our leaders set a moral standard?
 
Right now the moral standard is so low as to be nonexistant.  We have a former President stomping around the US who is guilty of many immoralities.  No one is holding him accountable.  We have candidates who are equally guilty of immoralities and it is being swept under the rug.
 
We are compromising our own morality by listening to their lies and electing and re-electing these Yahoos into offices.
 
Our whole world is in total disarray.  The only solution is for Christ to return and start the end process!  Come now, Lord Jesus.
 
The link to the video of the tour of the Temple Mount - the Rabbi stated there was a legend about the Messiah coming in through the gate adjacent to the Mount of Olives.   the Golden Gate, isn't it?  He stated he did not know where the story came from!  Duh.  Zechariah 14:4 and Ezekial11:23 in the Old Testament.  But the Muslims know the storoy and they have placed a cemetery for suicide bombers there where Elijah and the Messiah are coming.  They don't think Elijah and the Messiah will cross an area where the dead are buried because that would make them impure.  Like their cemetery is going to deter God's wrath.
