"Re: Date Calculations & the Missing Year Zero"

Caroline,

Between 586BC and 2007AD = 2592 years, not 2593 years.

You DO have to adjust for no year 0.  Here is what it looks like on a timeline:

2BC___1BC___0AD___1AD___2AD

If there was a year 0, the above shows there are 4 years in the simple timeline.

Because there is no year zero, the above timeline looks like this.

2BC___1BC___1AD___2AD

There are 3 years (spaces) between 2BC and 2 AD.

But, have no worry.  Your work was still fruitful.  ;-)

Strong’s 2593g = fruitful.  (Used only once in Acts 14:17)

Now… Go bear fruit and be highly favored of God, now that you have been trained.  *big smile*

Strong’s 2592g = bear fruit
Strong’s 2592h =  Hanniel = favored of God.
Strong’s 2593h = trained

Actually, this is very interesting… watch:

Act 14:17   Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.

Strong’s 1417g = two

Strong’s 1417h = furrows (First used in Psalms 65:10)

Psa 65:9   Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, [which] is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

Psa 65:10   Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.

May the windows of heaven be open to you!!!

God Bless,

Wade
