What a strange story. Guatemala has a history of earthquake activity, and .....
 
It was founded in 1776 (interesting date)  after the original city was destroyed by an earthquake and the sink hole was reported to be 330 feet deep.
 
1776 + 330 = 2106.
 
2106 = 1053 x 2.
 
1053 = 3 x 351
 
Now look at Ted Porter's chart and columns # 6 and #7 in particular. See 351 followed by 153.
