"Reply to: Jan -  Two Very Important Days, In The Reborn Of Israel"

Hi John & Doves

Hi Jan

Yes I know those two dates UN resolution date and 14 May 1948 are the two most important dates in the history of the modern state of Israel.  An Australian was the Secretary-General at that time, Dr Evatt.

Yes, hello from “down-under” in Australia to “up there” in Denmark (how you write it in English).  Australia not only sold trees and plants to the Jews in Palestine and to other countries, but we also sent a future queen to Denmark – Princess Mary.  So we have a big connection between Australia and Denmark, as you would know.  I watched the wedding on TV, though it was all in Danish and I don’t speak Danish.

I have lived in Australia since I was six years old, but I was born in Germany.

I have heard that the National Church of Denmark, the Lutheran Church, has lost the Spirit a lot like many National Churches in Europe.
